Josh is the original founder of #soldbystokes and owns the role of listing agent and team leader. This means, if you have a house to sell, he'll be your agent! He also offers strategic planning, resources and coaching to the rest of the team. The team currently consists of 6 team members, plus multiple 3rd party services, that range from listing and buying specialists, administrative, operations, marketing, inside sales, and more.

Early in his professional career, Josh completed an engineering diploma which landed him working in technical positions in the oil and gas industry of Western Canada.

After moving back to NL, he decided to enter the real estate world, and began to build the #soldbystokes brand with Michelle. He is the husband to #bombshellbymichelle, father to Bennett and Scarlett, and teddybear-of-a-dog, Bambi, and enjoys the social scene and playing almost any sport under the sun.
